Should you decide to obtain our services, we have different rate plans to fit your needs.
Hourly Rates
If you need support but don’t have a guaranteed number of hours the hourly fee per hour is recommended. Time is charged in 15 minute increments.** Invoicing will be completed on a weekly basis for hourly clients and payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been documented within the work agreement.
Retainer Packages
Retainer plans are for clients who require services on a regular basis. We offer retainer packages available from 10 – 40 hours per month. Retainer plans guarantees dedicated service time. Unused hours will not be carried over to next month and additional hours will be billed at the reduced rate.
Policies
- Clients must sign and return a Work Agreement before work begins.
- New Clients (non Retainer) will be required to submit a 30% deposit based on a project estimate before work will begin.
- Rates do not include project expenses (i.e. Materials, postage, shipping, stationery printing services, etc.)
- Time will be charged in 15 minute increments using Responsive Time Logger.
- Invoices will be sent via e-mail unless otherwise noted in the work agreement. Past due bills are subject to a 10% late fee every billing cycle* after 10 days late of receipt
- Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client. If errors are found and reported within seven business days from the date client receives work, we will make the corrections at no extra charge.
- Upon request, we will be happy to sign a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement.
- Retainer plans may be terminated with a 10 day in written notice requesting cancellation; however unused hours are non-refundable
- First month’s retainer fee is due prior to the start of work.
- We gladly accept Check, Money Order or Credit Card payment through Pay Pal. There is a $35 return check fee. Work will not begin for clients paying by manual check until funds have cleared.
- Additional cost may be incurred for after hours, weekend or rush work.

Dynamic Administrative Support Services values every client; we will keep your records and information private and confidential. We will not share any aspects of your information with anyone other than those approved by the client and only within the context of our working relationship.
